keep skin healthy in the new year 2012

 To keep skin healthy is very easy, here are tips from me for my friends:

     Always clean the skin after each travel with the wind that hit our skin causing dust and dirt clogging the pores and increase the thickness of dead skin on skin.
     Use the mask is preferably two times a week, as well as scrubs. And when applied to soft and not too hard because it can cause irritation to the skin.
     Exercise regularly, because exercise not only keeps the body fit and healthy, but also improve blood circulation to the tissue so that the skin will get enough nutrition. Not only that, exercise is also interesting that the muscles are not loose. In order for our skin healthy and strong, so start now jogging exercise at least an hour twice a week.
     It is no less important is the fulfillment of the nutrients through the consumption of fruits and vegetables that contain vitamins A, C and E who are very good for keeping skin smoothness. Vitamin A is useful to prevent dry skin, while vitamin C and E act as antioxidants
