How to maintain the body's natural diet

Ingredients

     Use one of noni
     10 grams of bangle
     7 grams of yellow leaf
     5 grams of tamarind
     8 grams lempuyang

How to make:

     All material is crushed into one
     Pour hot water
     Squeezed, then filtered
     filtered water from a material that has been pulverized in place the glass

How to Drink

     Drink in the morning and afternoon 1 / 2 cup
     Do it once every 2 days.
